Who We Are

The Queens Chalice Hospitality Group is an Atlanta-based hospitality company delivering premium alcohol-free bar experiences, full-service event operations, and trained hospitality teams for corporate events, brand activations, venues, and thoughtfully curated gatherings.
 

Established in 2016 as Bar Queens, our foundation was built in traditional bartending and full-service event execution. Over nearly a decade of delivering high-volume and high-touch events, our work earned industry recognition, including The Knot Best of Weddings Award in 2023.
 

As the event landscape evolved, so did we.
 

We recognized a growing demand for elevated beverage experiences that align with modern workplace culture, inclusive guest environments, and intentional event design. In 2025, we refined our focus to specialize exclusively in bespoke zero-proof bar experiences designed for sophisticated, professional settings.
 

In 2026, we expanded into a full-service hospitality group — adding event operations and hospitality staffing to serve the complete guest experience, not just the bar.
 

Today, The Queens Chalice Hospitality Group partners with corporations, venues, food & beverage operators, developers, nonprofit organizations, and private hosts to deliver seamless, polished hospitality at any scale.
 

Meet the Founder

Breyuna Lester is the founder and CEO of The Queens Chalice Hospitality Group and a hospitality professional with over 12 years of experience in service leadership, event execution, and operational management.

Her background in logistics and guest experience informs every event. Each activation is approached with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail — whether it's a 50-person networking reception or a large-scale corporate summit.
